Ronan By Clinet Bordeaux Blanc 2018
A bright golden hue, as a pleasant introduction to a fine wine. Hints of yuzu, grapefruit, white flowers, passion fruit , a succession of aromas, all promising freshness, elegance and complexity. Flavours of citrus, white-fleshed fruits and warm spices fill the mouth. Ronan By Clinet White is fleshy yet crisp and clean. This is the third vintage of our white Bordeaux, carefully selected and blended by the team at CLINET. The vineyard is situated between Sauternes and Saint-Emilion, on a promontory with steep slops on either side. The clay-and-limestone terroir, the orientation of the vines and the altitude combine to produce remarkable white wines. Stainless steel vats are used for the vinification and ageing with skin-contact maceration and low-temperature alcoholic fermentation (between 16 et 18°). Sustainable viticulture methods are employed.
Badet Clément Chez Rosé Pays d'Oc 2020
Protected Geographical Indication of Pays d'Oc 100% Grenache Noir Grenache Noir is a grape variety that gives the best it has to offer when grown in a hot, Mediterranean climate. The grapes are grown on 15 to 20-year-old vines planted on clay limestone soils in the Languedoc region, between Montpellier and Sète, near the Mediterranean coast. e yields are low (65hl/ha). After pressing, an extensive racking of the must takes place in order to obtain a very clear juice. e juice is then vinified as a white wine and fermented at low temperature (15°C). For this Grenache, there is no malolactic fermentation. With its nice pale pink colour, it is a very bell-balanced wine with fresh, vivid and round, with fruity flavours. Enjoy as an aperitif and with grilled dishes, salads, stuffed vegetables, pizzas, mediterranean cooking.
Roberto Sarotto Dolcetto d'Alba DOC 2019
Tasting Notes: A stunning ruby red in colour with deep notes of purple in certain lights. This wine is light, fruity and delicious, with a dry aftertaste. You’ll be getting smooth and balanced wine that also has a touch of spiciness adding a little more complexity to the palette. Winemaking Notes: 100% Dolcetto, 13% ABV, from Neviglie e Barolo, Italy Food Pairing: This is a very versatile wine! It goes amazingly with cold meat starters, soups and pastas. It can also be enjoyed with light meats. The locals even have it slightly chilled in summer months and sipped with an array of cold starter dishes. About the Winemaker: Sarotto Winery is a part of Robero Sarotto estates. They are a family run company and have always been part of the wine world, with a strong belief in traditional values, but at the same time not afraid to take new ways. They can be considered “local pioneers” in the wine field. An ideal pairing with various meat dishes, cold cuts and medium matured cheeses, including Italian pecorino. It should be enjoyed slightly chilled, with seafood dishes such as mullet in tomato sauce, poached fish and salt cod
