The palate is refreshingly dry with an alluring hint of fruit sweetness. An attractive texture is richly filled with raspberries, nectarines and pears with floral aromas of rose petals and strawberries on the nose. The rose is a Vibrant Light Salmon Pink in colour.

Pinot Noir to form a bracing dryness whilst maintaining a fruit

wine shows elegantly fragrant aromas of watermelon,
rockmelon, citrus and floral on the nose. The palate is juicy and
rounded, displaying bright fruit flavours and smooth texture,
beautifully framed by refreshing acidity.

Coonawarra one of Australia’s best know red wine regions,
made from Shiraz, Merlot and Pinot Noir. Salmon pink clear
and star bright the colour just draws you to it. Intense aromas
of lifted floral notes, along with red fruits and hints of
confectionary add to the whole package. In the mouth are
generous red fruits balanced by clean crisp acid. A slight
oiliness adds to the complex, textural medium bodied palate.
Dry and fresh with a lingering finish. This is a good example of
a dry Australian rose, enjoy now while it is young and fresh.
