"Cosecha Nocturna" means night-harvest. The uniqueness of this wine is around their harvesting technique: they harvest at night to preserve their aromatics. This wine presents an intense and vibrant violet colour, with a complex nose, rich and concentrated floral aromas that are mixed with cherry, blackberry and cassis. The presence of black pepper and vanilla accompanies and increases its complexity. Live and ripe on the palate, with juicy red fruits that are complemented with hints of smoke. Its structured tannins of unconventional texture make it feel soft and intense at the same time. The mineral finish followed by tobacco gives it a silky persistence, affirming its origin from Barrancas, Maipu.
