Vito Minoia was taught to hand stretch curd the traditional way nearly 40 years ago, in a rural village in south east Italy. After decades working in some of Italy's best cheese factories, and running his own successful cheese business, Minoia decided to move his family (and cheese factory!) to Australia.
The Minoia family have recently relocated their factory from Cairns to Marrickville, where their artisan cheeses are lovingly handcrafted by Vito - still Vannella Cheese's head cheesemaker, and still with the magic touch!
Order as much as you like from as many of our Sydney's Finest partners as you like, and pay a flat rate delivery fee of $9.95. Plus, order by 8pm for next day delivery (2-6pm).
