The Artisan Butcher opened its doors in 2012 and has become known for its quality and for having the utmost respect for its produce. Today, new owners Nick and Rosie bring their passion for food, cooking and flavour to the table.

Local Mudgee folk who grew up surrounded by grapes and animals (amazing!), Nick and Rosie have a true understanding of the land and farming. They believe in delivering carefully researched, handpicked meat, poultry and other products that have all been selected for their quality. Eat a cut about the rest - eat The Artisan way!
