1kg pork neck or shoulder
150ml Saucy Sister Beer BBQ Sauce
¼ red cabbage
6 small square bread rolls
Preheat oven to 160C or prepare a slow cooker.
Slice meat into 1 inch thick slices and place in a baking dish, along with Saucy Sister Beer BBQ Sauce. Mix to coat, then cover with baking paper and tightly with aluminium foil. Bake in the oven for 3.5 to 4 hours, until the meat is falling apart. Once soft, shred meat with two forks and mix with sauce in pan. Keep warm.
Finely shred the red cabbage. Halve and remove pulp from passionfruit. Halve and toast the buns
To serve, place pulled pork on base of bun. Top with cabbage and passionfruit pulp, then finish with top of bun. Serve hot.
