Brickfields Bakery was founded by baker and barista/roaster duo Simon Cancio and Paul Geshos, of Luxe and Mecca fame. With the help of local like-minded suppliers, a shared passion for handcrafted breads, cakes, pastries and coffee and a crowd constantly milling at the shopfront, Brickford's artisan fare runs out the door almost as fast as it rolls out of the oven. Skip the queue and tear into this range of dense, elastic, malty loaves, crusty seeded rolls and assorted melt-in-your-mouth cakes.
